1. D. dhjean. I hope someone can help. Since buying my SM-GU at release, every several days, Play Store updates get stuck at download pending. The only way to get them downloading again is to uninstall updates to the Play Store app. Then, updates will install as expected for a few days, but then this will happen again. My SM-GU running stock Android 9 periodically goes into a mode where it marks all app updates and other downloads as "Download Pending." After a while (measured in days) it downloads everything and goes back to normal for a while. This behavior occurs irregularly and appears to me to be unrelated to some change I made in settings.
