Madden 18 not downloading community files

It should not have to be this way, but after removing and then reinstalling Madden, all my issues are fixed. All files download, load and appear properly. Just throwing it out there. However they do not then appear in my "Load and Delete files". I have even tried downloading draft classes during Franchise Mode, even then it does not work. I have tried deleting the files and then downloading the files again.

In the main menu of Madden 21, go to "Settings" on the far right. Then, go to share and manage files. Choose to download community files. Madden 21 on PS5 exceeds my expectations. As an individual who plays Madden every single year, that says a great deal. As noted in the latest Madden NFL 20 patch, Madden Share is still down. UPDATE: () It looks like the issue downloading community rosters, draft classes, playbooks and sliders from Madden Share has been resolved. I just tried it and it worked fine. After I installed that, the game has downloaded all community files properly again without issue. When I get home tonight I'll take screen shots of what I'm talking about. Not sure if that'll work for you, but at least it's something. It was basically the pre-order content that I guess I never included with the installation. Madden 19 gives players the option to download updated rosters, as well as community created rosters for fun. Here's how to download updated rosters. Scroll down to ‘share and manage files.’ From there, go to ‘download community files.’ Press Triangle or Y, depending on your console, and click on ‘search for online ID.’.
